NordicBet launches upgrade
Joakim Stockman, head of online for NordicBet, commented: “The NordicBet site has been updated several times after it was launched in 2002. We decided to create a more customer focused website and for that reason we consulted Cyber-Duck.”
It took one year to create the new website after brainstorm sessions with main stakeholders. The process also included thorough consumer analyses and many eye tracking sessions with real players. Focus groups declared that the new site is faster, cleaner and trendier.
Per Hellberg, CEO for NordicBet, noted: “The NordicBet website is continuously improving. We have always focused on evaluating and enhancing our offering utilizing top-class techniques. The new upgrade is based on the feedback from our users.”
