Jadestone signs deal with Gioco Digitale
The Scandinavian skill games specialist Jadestone Networks, which operates the Arena multiplayer gaming network, has signed a deal with Gioco Digitale that will add the player liquidity and local expertise to its Italian network shortly.
The Nordic based owner was the initial iGaming software provider to effectively introduce skill games for cash in the boot shaped country at the start of last year. That game selection was provided to the Austrian betting group. The large international iGaming operator has continued its expansion by taking over Gioco Digitale; a very successful supplier of a variety of betting
, gaming and poker products.
The skill games specialist will now offer a skill game network in Italy to bwin and Gioco Digitale players. The network will be compliant with the requirements of the Italian authorities through the new Gioco Digitale portal and will be open for other partners to join.
High liquidity network
Tobias Nissen, director of business development at Jadestone Networks, commented: “We are delighted that our games are appreciated in the Italian market and we are proud to expand our activities there. Our corporation with Gioco Digitale and bwin is the basis for a top-class and high liquidity network in the Italian market. The re-launched offerings will benefit from the new platform, which was created by bwin and Gioco Digitale, while all other partners that want to cooperate with us in the Italian market will profit.”
Paolo Di Feo, bwin general director of activities in Italy, noted: “We believe that skill games are crucial in the entertainment industry and we are convinced that the Italian market provides our network opportunities to expand. Jadestone is not only a global leader, but also an associate that is committed in developing games that are targeted on the Italian market.”
Country manager in Italy
In order to enhance the market position in Italy, Jadestone has nominated Marcus Dahlgren as the country manager for the Italian market. He will take up his duties in Italy as of next month, and he will be developing the Italian business in collaboration with current and new associates.
