A group of administrative support workers of the Philadelphia transit workers have won $172.7 million on the lottery. The 48 employees are entitled to more than $2.2 million each (after tax withholdings), if they opt for a lump-sum payment

prizes in the same day. The lucky woman had two tickets, which both rewarded a jackpot worth $1 million. The Berryville resident bought the tickets at a truck stop in northern Frederick County, Virginia. Fike is entitled to $1.4 million, minus taxes.
