Casino waitresses fired for inappropriate clothing

Sixteen casino waitresses in their forties, fifties and sixties have lost their jobs after wearing new uniforms. They were asked to premiere the uniforms that were all seizes 2 and 4. After wearing the new uniforms, they were fired. A fashion company, hired by the casino, told the uniformwaitresses the bad news.

Trade union representatives stated that the casino wanted to fire the middle-aged employees in order to allure younger customers. “Without a doubt this is the most unfair and humiliating case we have ever seen,” according to Robert McDevitt, speaking on behalf of the trade union. The Atlantic City casino will face complaints, filed by the union.
