Isle of Man launches support service for problem gamblers

The Isle of Man will provide problem gamblers more support. GamCare Isle of Man offers gambling addicts counseling and support. Companies licensed by the Isle of Man Government's Gambling Supervision Commission finance the new support service. The Isle of Man Gambling Commission operates the support service in association with Gamcare UK.New support service for problem gamblers
"We seek to offer gambling addicts on the Isle of Man more support. GamCare Isle of Man will provide gambling addicts several options to address their problems. The new support service focuses on controlling their gambling, while also managing the effects of their addiction. Problem gamblers tend to suffer from stress and relational problems. In addition, gambling problems also affect their relatives," according to Hon Chris Robertshaw; Minister for Social Care.
