Gambling tattoos: Italian-themed roulette and craps

Roulette and dice tattooThis week’s gambling tattoo dates back to 2013 when Melissa enjoyed a bike trip in Europe. The Canadian woman visited a friend’s winery in Faedis (Udine), and seized the opportunity to apply several permanent decorative tattoos. And of course, one of them featured gambling-related items as Italians have a weak spot for games of chance.

Trio of body decorations

The Italian gambling enthusiast, identified only as ‘Max’, loves to play roulette, which was the theme of his tattoo. Melissa created a green roulette wheel, alongside two dices, while Max wanted the body art on the tender skin of his upper arm. The Canadian tattoo artist did an excellent job, and the Italian national was happy with the result. Melissa also produced a cherry blossoms-themed masterpiece, and a tattoo modeled on a wine-drinking pinup girl during her Italy trip.

Lots to choose from in Italy

Italy boasts a long and diverse history of gambling, and most forms are legal, including table games, slot machines, and lottery games. Players are at liberty to use whichever site they desire as the online equivalent is also permitted in the southern European country. The Independent Administration of State Monopolies (AAMS) issues online gaming licenses, and there are multiple local virtual casinos. Italy is one of Europe’s biggest gambling markets, and online slot machines continue to gain popularity.
