Unsuccessful robbery Stratosphere Hotel & Casino

The Las Vegas police has reported the third casino robbery in 3 months. The suspect immediately went to the poker area at the Stratosphere Hotel & Casino, according to the police. He tried to steal casino fiches at the cabinet but he left the casino empty-handed.

Robbery

Witnesses declared that the robber was carrying a gun. It remains unclear if he used the weapon. Police investigators are looking for a white man who wore a grey hooded sweatshirt and dark jeans. Investigators hope that surveillance tapes will lead to more clues.

Bellagio Casino

At the end of last year, a robber stole casino chips worth $1.5 million at the Bellagio Casino. Anthony M. Carleo was arrested for that casino robbery. Carleo is the son of Las Vegas municipal court judge George Assad.

Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino

The police also arrested two suspects who allegedly robbed the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. Both suspects are accused of stealing thousands of Dollars at a Pai Gow poker room. The third robber is a 45-year old man who is still on the loose.
