Fraudulent activities at Hollywood Casino
Ohio authorities have announced that 11 people have been charged with cheating at a Toledo-based gambling venue. One of the accused is a craps dealer who allegedly made illegal wagers for one of the players at the table.
The fraudulent activities also included a group of roulette cheaters from New York and New Jersey. Six people allegedly cheated at the roulette tables during the first days after the opening of the casino. The six accused face a total of 29 charges. Additionally, 7 other persons have been charged with attempted fraud at the Cleveland-based Horseshoe Casino.
Two new gambling paradises
So far this year, two new gambling venues have opened its doors in Ohio. Gambling activities at both the Hollywood Casino and the Horseshoe Casino Cleveland started in May. The Hollywood Casino offers gambling fans more than 2,000 slots, in addition to 60 table games and a poker room. The new Horseshoe Casino features over 2,100 slots and 65 tables.
