Former Rivers Casino croupier fined for embezzlement
A Pennsylvania Supreme Court judge has sentenced a former casino croupier to a $75,000 fine. The 26-year-old card dealer admitted taking $200 in blackjack chips back in 2010. Additionally, he faces a 12-month probationary period for stealing the blackjack chips at the Rivers Casino. His lawyer defined the financial punishment as ‘harsh and uncommon’.
