Cosmopolitan Casino Resort opens its doors

The Las Vegas Strip offers another new casino resort. The €3.02 billion Cosmopolitan Casino Resort recently opened its doors in Las Vegas. Besides gambling it offers a wonderful culinary experience.

The Wicked Spoon buffet beats all other buffets with exclusive high-quality food. Then there is the French bistro Comme Ça that offers a pewter bar, a wraparound terrace and tableside cut steaks. In addition, customers can enjoy the eca/ espresso bar D.O.C.G and Scarpetta. There are also Scarpetta bars in Miami and New York.

Casino restaurants

All sushi fans can enjoy the Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill. This restaurant provides fresh seafood from Japan. The brothers Bruce and Eric Bromberg, graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, manage the Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill. The Cosmopolitan Casino Resort features more restaurants like tapas bar Jaleo. China Poblano offers an exquisite combination of Mexican and Chinese food.
