Armed man robs casino visitor at her home
A man from West Seneca (Erie County, New York) has been taken into custody after he allegedly robbed an Amherst resident. The woman gambled at the Hamburg Casino, after which she went home. The armed man followed the casino patron and robbed her in the driveway of her house.
Justin R. Moran (26) was taken into custody and confessed that he had followed the victim home from the gambling parlor. In the driveway at the house he threatened and robbed the woman. Moran declared that he needed the cash for his drug addiction
Disguise and firearm
Police officers stopped Moran for road traffic offences. They found a disguise that matched the robber's description. In addition, they discovered a firearm that was used in the robbery. Amherst police officials Terrence Walsh and Robert Cunningham arrested the suspect. Moran was transferred to the Erie County Holding Center.
